We loved the facility and the breakfast but were really disappointed that two of the three nights we stayed the air conditioning wasn't working. The last night my wife called and the brought up a fan. I felt they should've changed the room.

Overall the hotel was very nice. Welcoming entry, good breakfast, landscaped outdoors. We did not get the room I specifically requested. My experience has been that "accessible" rooms are not the best rooms in any hotel.

It was apparent that the property has taken a step bs k since the last visit. We received no housekeeping service due to “call outs” and the room had minor issues with it throughout. However, willing to go back since every other visit has been good.

RIDICULOUS CHARGE FOR MY DOG WHO DID NOTHING.

I loved this place until I saw they charged me $150 for my dog and another $24 for I have no idea what. I am ok with $50, but that was like charging me for another room. I would never stay there again and certainly DO NOT recommend staying there if you have a dog. SHAME ON MARRIOTT FOR BEING GRUBBY THIEVES.

Not Marriot quality

This is the worst Marriot I have stayed in. Repairs needed in the bathroom and in the pool. The pool towels were ratty and stained which was unpleasant. The breakfast was fine, but in the middle of the summer I was surprised no melon. It was a weekday. They had warm food, but no pancakes or waffles. 25 minute walk to downtown for all of the restaurants, but they offer a free shuttle too. It’s not that it was terrible, but nothing like the quality I expect when I pay Marriot prices.
