We have stayed multiple times when flying out of Cincinnati airport. Convenient location with excellent shuttle service. Staff are friendly & professional.

The one problem with booking on hotels.com is if there is a problem, there no refund.
Start off by getting off the elevator to a pool of water that goes down the carpet halfway down the hall. Go to the hotel restaurant order food and 45 min-1 hour later we get the 4 tacos we ordered. Finally 10 pm go to the room, pull the covers on the bed… a big blood stain right on the sheets probably a good 8” diameter blood stain and the bathroom wasn’t clean either, (feces on toilet from previous guest). Front desk put us in another room and that was clean ( I didn’t see the above), I would have left and gone to another hotel, but had to catch a flight at 4 am, hence why we stayed here. Easy to say I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! And very surprised to have the Hilton name and be so bad. Maybe Hilton isn’t as good as it used to be. Robyn,the night manager, did as much as should could for us.

Reception area was beautiful and love that they provided us with a cold bottle of water and delicious cookie! The halls leading to the room and the elevator smelled bad. The room was a little dated but clean - had a musty smell and the TV remote didn’t work. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom floor had spots and the shower gel bottle was completely empty when entering the room. Breakfast was fresh and basic. Room was clean.

We like this hotel because it’s within the airport airspace and we can go here to avoid fireworks for our scared dog on holidays. You barely even hear the airplanes. It’s definitely not geared to longer stays though, because even in our deluxe room with the couch, the TV was not pivotable so you couldn’t really watch it from the couch only the bed. You also only get about 20 local channels also with no functioning guide. We stayed 4 nights and requested a mini fridge and they were able to accommodate that. The premises are nice and easy to navigate, with lots of grass for dog-walking and open parking ($8 a night), and the staff is helpful. For people who are smell sensitive there’s often a fragrance in the lobby, but that dissipates as you get into the room hallways. Not all the hallways are air-conditioned, but our room had excellent cold AC, and the bed and couch were comfortable. I have stayed in the tower and in the lower building and I definitely recommend the deluxe rooms in the lower part of the building - the elevator is faster and the air-conditioning worked better for us. We would definitely stay here again, but it would be 100% for avoiding fireworks reasons.
