We were on the 2nd floor, 2 queen sized beds. The room was very small. The beds were comfortable and it was a good shower but the hotel is dated. There was no housekeeping service over the weekend. The bathroom only contained the toilet and shower, the sink was located in the common entryway. The dorm sized refrigerator was completely frosted up. There was no bag available for the ice bucket. The window shade could not be opened. The last morning we were there, breakfast was missing items - the pancake station was not working, there was no milk available. I told the front desk clerk about the milk but after 20 minutes there was still none. The lady who tends the breakfast was on her break that entire time - we could see her in the adjacent room looking at her phone. The hotel was about $30-$40 cheaper per night so I thought we would try it but I doubt we will stay there again.

Won't be back to Best Western. I have had good luck in the past, but that was then and this is now. Problems: First room had a frozen AC unit, no hair dryer and other problems. The second room had: Torn shower curtain, missing wash
cloths, door keys timed out daily, AC unit had either an on or off setting (no middle), phone had a stuck-on message light, and a upon request maid service. The building in general had no AC in the hallways or lobby, a green pool,
potholed parking lot, a so-so morning breakfast, and a poorly maintained fire alarm system. (Bldg. Fire Alarm went off at 3:30 a.m. the 2nd night. Fire trucks responded.)
All in all a very bad stay in your hotel!

Overall average. Pretty clean but not spotless. Ice machine was broke. Walls thin- heard neighbors TV like it was our own.

Property needs some updating. One elevator was not working, faucet for the bathroom located in the corner of the sink. Floor in the room was warped.

CHECK YOUR CHARGES

I want to alert others about charges and about a specific employee named Kia. Be sure you check your charges. I was charged $40 by Kia that she wasn't supposed to charge. I'm a Diamond Select Elite member. I paid in full using points. When a member pays with points, everything is covered, including all taxes. Well, when it was time to check-out, Kia charged me $40.00. My husband was the one who checked me out. He got the receipt and brought it to me. I was in the car. When I saw the charge, I commented, "Didn't you see that they charged $40.00?" He replied that he saw it and asked Kia about it, and she said that it was taxes and when he questioned $40.00 in taxes? Kia said that taxes there were very high. I then went to the front desk to make her correct the mistake, but she wasn't there. It was another clerk named Ali. I explained the situation to Ali, and he said that Kia wasn't supposed to charge anything and that he reversed the charges. Later on, I contacted the general manager, who verified that the charges had been reversed. Kia lies about everything. She lied about why a shuttle van from a different hotel chain was blocking the guest check-in area, she lied about why she entered the credit card number on the computer system, she lied about the reason she charged $40. I suggested to the general manager to retrain her or just remove her from the front desk.
I stayed there multiple times back in 2023 and 2024 when there were different lovely employees and I never had any problems. All employees by then were really nice, friendly, and honest, including the former general manager, Mr. Haroon Khagga. I'm under the impression that they are not working there now, so I had to deal with Kia.
