Car vandalized, staff untrained, unsafe area. It’s cheap for a reason.
Catalytic converter was stolen at 12:30 in the broad daylight. Manager weirdly told me it was okay that my insurance cover the balance for the room and was aware that my property was vandalized on her watch and then after 8:00 pm had her staff to ask me to pack my things to wait in the lobby although she agreed to and was aware that a friend of mine was coming to pay the balance when he got off from work. The staff are unkempt the property is very ghetto. There was a bad mold odor in my room. Visible mold spreading in the bathroom and what looked like dried poop from someone that ran out of tissue on the bathroom door. There were no dishes or utensils. But I had my own pots there was no detergent to wash or clean the items with. They almost doubled the price but I couldn’t tell you why the rooms aren’t worth more than $65 after taxes and fees honestly. This is the most ghetto Sonesta I ever stayed at and I am platinum with the Brand. Just passing through on my way to Dallas. I’ve never regretted a hotel stay more. Would not recommend I have 15 years experience and for a catalytic converter to be stolen in the early afternoon in FRONT of the hotel says a lot. That is extremely rare. And the staff doesn’t have proper training either. They don’t even know what benefits the members are supposed to receive. Wouldn’t stay again.

Room smelt horrible (cigarettes) burning holes on blankets, and i reserved a non smoking room, water pressure is very low, 8 feet long pothole in parking lot, if you fall your car is gone, shady people coming in an out, someone was yelling, cussing and fighting on the hallway at 3am. People hanging around in the parking lot all night, that breakfast was the worse breakfast i’ve ever had, didn’t even finish it, bland eggs, powder orange juice and gray flavorless sausages , it was cheap and i thought it was a nicer hotel for a good deal, it wasnt, a Motel 6 would’ve been nicer provably

We received breakfast vouchers, and all they had was waffles, toast, cereal and juice. One of my family members asked the kitchen staff lady for fruit yet she never acknowledged she just looked at her in an ugly manner but shortly later brought the fruit. Dissatisfied

The room it self was nice, but that was all. The staff was very rude. Tried to call the front desk for over an hour, no one answered. Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency. The air conditioner was very loud and wasn't working properly. There is a hole in the driveway that you can not get around. Over all, we will not be staying there again.
