The breakfast was really good and fresh. The staff were very kind and willing to help with anything we needed while we were there and the room was clean and made us feel at home.

Staff is always helpful and easy to work with. Ice is readily available. The location is within walking distance of two eating locations that are quite good. This is a very small town but lots to see within a 50 mile radius and also home to an internationally know biking trail. Lots of bikers during early spring and fall when the temperatures are lower.

Very quiet and comfortable room, slept very soundly! The location is within 30 minutes of many great hiking trails!

Not fancy but clean, comfortable and great staff!

My husband and I and our dog spent the night in room 44. This is not a palace but the room was spotless and the staff were the best! In the evening when my husband showered, he noticed the tub was not draining properly. We called the front desk and they immediately sent someone to check it out. Unfortunately, the gentleman couldn’t resolve the issue but said he would address it in the morning. I asked if we could get a reduced rate since I also wanted to shower… The next morning when we checked out they wanted to refund our room by 50%. I said that was too much do they gave us $50 back. Wow! Thank you. Overall this place was a gem. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable.
We ate dinner at the BBQ restaurant out front and it was very good. We had brisket, ribs and the pork steak. Delicious. If you’re in the Ironton/Arcadia MO area and looking for a great place, this is it! It has everything you need and then some!
