a great place to stay

Hotel conveniently located in the center of Jackson. All the staff is at your disposal and all are adorable.. Do not hesitate to call the concierge for excursions.
Very nice spacious and perfectly equipped rooms; Nespresso coffee machine, bathtub, water, etc. The outdoor Jacuzzi is also a plus.

The most hospitable hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

Hotel Jackson was the most hospitable experience I’ve ever had at a hotel! The staff was truly there for the highs and a very unexpected low on the trip.
For the high - when booking the reservation for this trip, I mentioned that it was one of our birthdays. Upon arrival to our room on day 1, Hotel Jackson surprised us with a birthday champagne and thoughtful card. Then, on her actual birthday, we were surprised with a wine bottle and cake. We were truly touched by the thoughtfulness.
For the low - one of the girls in our group had a serious injury while snowboarding at Jackson Hole Resort. After a long day at the ER, Hotel Jackson gave us a get well card and beautiful bouquet upon returning to the hotel. Again, we were touched by yet another thoughtful gesture.
Additionally, the amenities were wonderful! From the shuttle to the ski resort, to the hot tub with beautiful mountain views, everyone in our group agreed that this was the best hotel all of us had ever experienced. I will be telling all of my family and friends to stay at Hotel Jackson whenever they visit the area!

Exceptional:
- check-in process was fast, easy, and included an efficient tour to acclimate
- valet team… such helpful guys with getting access to truck to leave for daily adventures, helping us pack up luggage and just generally setting such a nice tone every time we came in and out of the hotel
- we ate breakfast twice. Great, simple hotel breakfast
Eh:
- tv needed manually reset every time we were in shared common room
- elevator was broken the entire time we were there (but didn’t hurt us to walk off some food and cocktails)
- there is tea service 24 hours a day, and espresso in your room, but would be nice just to have a carafe of coffee by the tea station

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was our 4th stay at this hotel. Several problems arose. Our first room was very noisy. After two days we were given a better room. We couldn’t sleep. Housekeeping had to be reminded several times to supply laundry bags and toilet paper. FIGS, the hotel restaurant was very good.
