Very nice, smelled wonderful the minute we opened the door. Front desk was so super helpful offering to help with luggage. Grounds and hotel extremely clean and nice, great location just a quick walk to town square. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Overall, an excellent boutique hotel. My only wish - should've gotten off more time from work to stay longer!

The Hotel has a sister restaurant across the street. We had the hotel book reservations for us. The restaurant had no record of the reservations and would not seat us. We booked for a different time with the restaurant. They did not honor those reservations either. Not sure if this is the restaurant’s fault or the hotel’s but they should work better together.
TV/cable was awful. We wanted to watch World Cup and the 250th 4th of July events. It kept buffering to a point it was useless.
We were unaware that the full breakfast came with our room until our last day. This could have been communicated better.
Hotel is great and very convenient. The morning staff did a wonderful job. Hotel was very clean. If they tweak a few things they will be great.

No functioning WIFI in room. No attempt from reception to solve the issue.
Breakfast service poor. No plates, no milk, no bread, no yogurt. Ran out of everything.
Staff response ‘Oh Gosh’ again and again. No clean towels in room and no cleaning. Strong smell in the room which made sleeping impossible.

Warning! Be sure not to accep room 107

This was a very disappointing experience. Booking this property requires a warning: specifically, request not to be placed on the first floor, especially room 107. We booked a deluxe king room and, a week prior, purchased an upgrade after receiving an email offer. Upon check-in, we were assigned room 107, partially underground in the basement, facing the parking lot with tires. The bathroom had mold on the shower ceiling, raising questions about the upgrade's quality. The front desk refused to relocate us and only provided the manager's email. The manager responded promptly the next morning and offered a 50% discount, but we would have preferred to pay full price for a room that matches the website’s description.
To make matters worse, they asked if we wanted to pay for a late check-out. We couldn’t leave this property quickly enough. Consider this a strong warning.
