AC kept the room cool. Breakfast was a waffle, with no butter. They had cereal and orange juice. I did get coffee to fill up my yeti. They did have coffee maker in the room.

I contacted the office that I had roaches in the room and was told they hadn't had an issue like I was lying so I killed some more that night and left them for them to see. I don't do roaches and don't recommend this place.

Luckily we only stayed at the Peachtree Inn for just one night ( as it’s close to I-95 ).
The non-smoking room smelled old, musty and smoky. The sheets didn’t look like the bed had been made prior to our arrival. ( looked as though a young child had been told to “make your bed “ )
There was only a sheet and the thin reused bedspread with no blanket.
The towels were thin rags that you couldn’t even dry your dog with . The furniture was rough and so outdated.
Just know you get what you pay for.

The room was cer spartan and basic and smelled musty when I entered. No bugs but lots of visible neglect. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking was a real issue, extremely tight. We had a truck and trailer and they tried to say there was room.
Fortunately, there was a empty lot nearby that we used, but it wasn't part of the property.
There was damage in the room that was not fixed.
