Staff was great!
Room was clean.
Shower was very good.
My only critique would be..The beds are REALLY high! If you are older, have a handicap, or short in stature, you will have a difficult time getting in bed.
The top of the bed was past my waist.
Granted .I am 5'6".
Very comfortable if you can get in it!!

Overall everything was good except check in. Clean hotel, specious room, very good breakfast and convenient location. I arrived already later than normal check in time however there was still no available room.

Quiet and Restful and Clean in Owensboro

Great location and quiet. A lot of walk to restaurants near by. Looked like a new hotel. Everything spit - spot. Wonderful breakfast with every ingredient imaginable to make a scrumptious breakfast. Great shower with water pressure that you can’t believe!
10 minutes drive to Legion park and a golf course for early morning walk.
I wish the front desk was manned but I know that’s a relic of the past. I went round and round with the television but that’s more about me than the unit.
Absolutely up to Best Western Plus best standards. And I got to use Best Western accumulated points so it was gratis.

The breakfast was great with so many hot selections. The room was so clean, including a great bathroom. There so many great restaurants within walking distance. The room was very quiet.

I'm a grandmother who travels extensively with my grandkids, who play travel ball. I've stay in hotels all over the united states and this was the first who asked you to pay an additional $30.00 an hour if you requested a late checkout! I thought that the hotels are in the business of providing hospitality, they most definitely are in the wrong business!
