Worst hotel ever..... definitely do not book!
Unfortunately, the reception was not staffed when we arrived in the evening, but there was a notice on the door about the room and where to find the key. Upon arriving in the room, we unfortunately had to realize that this was not the booked category. We had booked a suite with two bedrooms, but the room was a maisonette apartment with one bedroom. We tried to contact the provided number, but unfortunately, it did not work either via SMS or phone, so we had to settle for that for the night. This hotel has no standard for me... almost everything was literally falling apart. All the cabinets were defective, there were hairs on the floor, and there were still some clothing items left in the cabinets by other guests. The shower gave a very concerning impression of health, which is why we decided not to use it at all. Everything is dilapidated and defective..... nothing looks like the beautiful glossy pictures on the website! When we fortunately departed the next morning, we went to the reception multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one was reachable here either, constantly unstaffed! A complaint was requested through the travel provider, but the hotel claims that the booked room meets the standard and category, which is simply not true. I have never seen such a bad hotel and I do not recommend anyone to vacation there!

Cockroaches and possible mold
I put the AC to 63 to try to get it cold and it stayed at 70s. I had roaches and I'm under the assumption there was mold (I am not an expert in mold or anything in this area)(My symptoms tend to only happen when I am near mold). I am
allergic to mold. I got incredibly sick with rashes and could barley lift my suit case after staying at the hotel. Before staying there I was able to lift the suit case and run up the 3 flights of stairs with no problem. I found mold on my pillow case (pictured). As soon as I left the hotel my illness was still there but immediately decreased in severity. I was not sick at all. I did not sit to anyone who was sick on the plane. I wash my hands and have hand sanitizer and use it often. I felt as though I smoked 3 packs of cigarettes in one sitting. The price is nice but be warned this is not somewhere I would ever recommend my grandma or even anyone to stay. If you have breathing issues stay away. I couldn't get ahold of the front desk about the issue as well. The walls are incredibly thin as well. I could hear a mouse fart on the other side of the wall.. also the pictures look as though they are AI photos and not even close to what is in that room. (Please view all photos) STAY AWAY!!!
I experienced the following symptoms while staying at the hotel. (I since left to go to another hotel due to the symptoms being so severe. They decreased as soon as I got in the car but I am still having a cough and had blown my nose and had black stuff in my snot)
