Great and relaxing stay with great location.Quite neighborhood that’s not too far from the Duval St nightlife.

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

I’ve never given a bad review, but there is a time for everything. YUCK! This was for our 50th Anniversary. We spent the most on this place than on any other on our trip. It was nasty, the lights flickered like a strobe night from the moment we turned them on. We left them off for fear of an electric fire. The furniture was stained with who knows what. There was mold everywhere, the kitchen sink was broken, nasty and glued back together. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this place.

Plan to eat out. The kitchenette literally had two mismatched small cups, utensils and plates for two. The stove didnt work so a hot plate was provided. The fridge was teeny tiny, too small for left overs. The toilet required constant maintenance from us to keep working / flushing, and once by mgmt. I will stay elsewhere my next trip. Oh, the neighbors headboard needs securing! There was constant banging against the wall. Too much headache!

Worse place we have EVER seen. Waiting for our refund!

Oh my goodness. We would not even give this place 1 star if we didn't have to in order to leave a review.
We arrived early, so spent time walking on Duval st. Finally, worn out we went to the address, the housekeeper was still there "cleaning", lol. No cleaning there. She finally left, we looked around and went ahead and, spent the night, leaving the next morning, demanding our money back. They honored that except for my deposit of a night, and said it would be 10 business days to get it. We're talking lot of money.
This is the nastiest place I have EVER seen and to be a vaca rental is absolutely hideous!!! Nasty can't begin to describe it.
Here's a true list, nothing to gain by making this up.
No bath sink water, called it in, they sent a guy over said he'd replace the faucet the next day. ??
Furniture was so filthy, we would not even set on it. The so called sofa was so deep that even if we wanted to set our feet would be straight out, 2 upholstered chairs were beyond recognizing the true colors. 2 backless bar stools with towels on seats was what we set on.
The floors were greasy and wet. I slipped but caught myself before the fall. The housekeeper was still trying to mop an hour AFTER our 4pm ck in time.
Dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen area.
We went out to our car to see what we needed to bring in, as I was going into the place, the housekeeper was coming back out without our consent. My purse and computer was already inside. I would have asked what she was doing but she couldn't understand English at all.
We spent 1 night due to there were no openings close by and we drove from Colorado. Our booking was for 2 weeks and more expensive than anywhere we have ever stayed.
Woke up the next morning to cock roaches bigger than any bug I've ever seen!
I had a bite on my head from God only knows what.
TERRIBLE parking area.
The women I spoke to several WEEKS before our trip swore that the place was in perfect condition, obviously lying just to make the deal.
I could go on but all we have to say is DON'T STAY THERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Old and not updated… it’s like the owner doesn’t even care…. Peeling walls, peeling doorposts, the shower rod was rusted…. Last time for me…
