as long as you are in the main building three rooms are excellent you definitely get more room for the price. clean kept up no complaints. On July 6th it was my first time experiencing the separate building in the back it was nothing like the main building, completely opposite, writing on the wall marijuana drawings on the door and Roachs in the bed. I am in the process of seeking a refund but unlikely

Drainage back-up in sink, not repairable; wiFI internet not functioning, ice machine broken--no ice, no drinking cups in room, mattress worn/uncomfortable. However, the shower and the TV actually worked! Staff very apologizing, but could not remedy things. We have stayed here before, but were very disappointed this time; noticeably uncomfortable. The wing for our room #107 needs to be remodeled or closed. Future guests should be warned to ask for accommodations in the remodeled sections of this facility.

Breakfast IS NOT included. There's nothing, when asked about it the clerk stated "Yeaaah they need to change that."
Property was decently clean, not too loud at night but I can tell there are times when it is.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the property itself was in pretty rough shape. Most of the rooms on the bottom floor reeked of cigarette smoke and when we did get a room that didn’t smell like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes, the door wouldn’t lock, you could open it just by twisting the handle, no key needed. We went through 5 rooms before we had one that had a door that locked and didn’t smell of cigarette smoke. The laundry was also broken.
Aside from the previously mentioned, the rooms are rather dated and the bathroom/ tiling was stained and in rough shape.
The AC in the room worked extremely well though, and the pool was opened the day before we got there, so that definitely helped.

Clogged toilet no towels tv not working rude staff. Dirty room clogged tub standing water it's good in the front of property only!
