Helpful front desk staff

We did not stay at the hotel but we dropped off welcome bags for a large number of guests. Lewis at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful!
(Our family and friends staying at the hotel seemed pleased overall, however, several were not happy with the lack of daily room cleaning/clean towels.)

Our ‘go to’ place to stay in the Boston area

Outstanding place to stay in the Boston area! New, clean, with wonderful people. It’s definitely our ‘go to’ hotel in the Boston area and because it’s part of Marriot, we know the quality is consistent. The gentlemen Louis & Christian at check in are professional, efficient, welcoming. Seeing them at check in makes us feel like this is a second home. Nice indoor pool & facilities.

Great time. Good Service. The Receptionist at the Front Desk, was amazing. One of the best Hotels, that I’ve ever been to or visited.

Location is lowkey and comfy but in the middle of nowhere with very little food options nearby . Atmosphere is modern and unique. Rooms were super clean and up-kept. No microwaves for whatever reason. Value for money is meh. Noise levels were fine. As for Amenities gym could have a little more but you can make it work. Pool is highly uneventful and small but patio area is very nice. The men upfront were respectful and straightforward however the lady upfront came off disrespectful and could care less didn’t appreciate it.

We had an extended stay here and felt very comfortable the whole time. We liked the proximity to downtown Lexington. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was excellent. We would stay here again.
