It was a pleasant and clean hostel. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed it very much!

Low Quality Hostel. Poor Service. No Wifi.

Pods are in the white house w/the pool. No female dorm. Nice house but roaches in the kitchen. Pods shake everytime someone moves. Only one bathroom for all guests. Outlet in pod not working. No lockers. Poor wifi connection. Unwelcoming, unhelpful Russian caretakers and their noisy child live in the house & are always in common area. Mediocre service.

Check-in was difficult. There were no lights. The front door was open. I couldn’t tell which door to go into. Another guest helped me find my room. The key code given did not work. After repeated requests, the staff texted me a new code that worked The room was substandard. We rented for three nights, but decided not to stay the first night. We paid for three nights and the staff agreed to refund two nights.

I didn't even get to stay here because it was broken into and ripped up and uninhabitable and scary because there were noises within the house even though the front doors were already busted open . And thanks to you guys. I was sleeping in my car for my whole trip.

overpriced, dirty, creepy, scam

Really unclean, bathtub was clogged with hair in tub and on floor, toilet was dirty inside toilet bowl. There’s no one staying at property so they leave it to chance whether guests are clean. And the shower obviously isn’t regularly checked for clogging etc.
They’re clearly trying to make money with little effort. The living room floor was dirty. The room was literally just for sleeping not comfortable out thoughtfully arranged.
I talked with another guest who said when she arrived her pod bedroom had clearly been slept in and when she complained the manager said they could let her stay in a private room for an additional $85! Then when she refused they made the housekeeper come out at 10pm at night to clean the room (obviously just to avoid letting her stay in a more expensive room).
Clearly they don’t care about hospitality they’re just trying to make money.
Location in a residential neighborhood in the valley Reseda, where there’s nothing to do, should not be so expensive.
