Small Oasis in Fashion District

My wife and I attended a Jay Shetty event at the Ace Theater. Summit LA was also happening. Add construction and you get chaos especially with parking but the staff helped with everything including carrying bags. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a relaxing evening. Will definitely return!

Our planned honeymoon - due to Covid we didn’t make it

We were going to get married last week & after we were headed to our honeymoon for 1 week at Tuck Hotel.
We paid 1,500 euro & our flights got cancelled due to Covid & we got full refund.
However, Tuck Hotel didn’t refund us, they charged us the full amount despite this unfortunate situation which is out of our hands!
We got full refund of 2 hotels in USA without any problems.
This Hotel is a Total SCAM! They took our money & we didn’t even make it to the hotel since our flights got cancelled.
This is totally unfair & justice needs to be made.

Money comes first - guest after

Booked two nights (non refundable, but they only offer non-refundable) at the Tuck Hotel and unfortunately had two planes with technical issues. Thus, never made it to LA. Tuck charged the whole price for both nights, given that there are no incurred costs (cleaning, washing, usage, tourist-feel). It is there right, but mine as well, to point out that money suceeds the guest. Would recommend to look for other hotels that still value their ‚potential‘ guests.

Charged twice and have been chasing refund :(

I had a nice time at this hotel- the staff were nice, it was clean and reasonably priced. The disappointing thing is that they charged an additional $350 on top of my stay of $1300. I have been trying for 2 mths to get the $350 refunded and have had to resort to letting my credit card company know. Buyer beware before you book this hotel :(

Lovely stay!

Stayed here while attending a nearby conference. I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and attractive. The bed was comfortable, and I slept like a baby! The hotel is located in an interesting area downtown with historic architecture and many good restaurants. I felt safe in this area as a woman travelling alone.
