Located in South End, a neighborhood in Marco Island, Marco Beach Vacation Suites is in the entertainment district and near the beach. The shared facilities have a good pool, pickleball/tennis courts, and its own path to the beach, which is nice since you aren't bunched up at the beach after taking the public path with everyone else.
The unit itself had potential but was dingy. Desperately needed paint. Cords to the ceiling fans hung. Shower head was really moldy (like, chunks of mold - had to spray bleach it). Furniture was tired but serviceable. Fridge had rust on the outside but worked fine. Nothing that couldn't be fixed with some inexpensive TLC - not sure why the owner didn't do so between Christmas and Spring Break.
The price was really good for that time slot. Could see staying at the facility again. Hope this unit owner makes some basic improvements.

However, I specifically stayed in room 213, and while the overall experience was okay, there were several issues. The unit did not have a microwave or a hair dryer, and the pans were in very poor condition, along with the rest of the kitchen. We actually had to buy a pan just to make ourselves breakfast.
Additionally, the cleaning was not up to standard. After reading other reviews for different rooms, it seems like our unit may not reflect the overall quality of the property.
I would recommend booking directly with the owner
