Fantastic Hotel but the crew is the best !

The hotel is fantastic ...the location is great. The hotel is modern and the room were clean and with great space. I just want to take a moment to shine a light on the amazing service we received from the hotel manager, Ms. Maria. When we arrived at the lobby to check in, my autistic son was feeling a bit restless and upset. Ms. Maria immediately noticed his discomfort and took the time to explain all the wonderful amenities and accommodations that the Aloft Hotel has for families like ours. She even offered us a room that was a better fit for our needs, which meant so much to us. It's truly heartwarming to see hotels provide such thoughtful and inclusive services, and it shows just how committed they are to making everyone feel welcome. Thank you, Ms. Maria! Aloft will be our first choice whenever we travel to McAllen from now on. !

5+Star Aloft Stay!

Great stay @ Aloft! Friendly, professional staff, Maria @ front desk was very helpful, very clean rooms & great breakfast as well as the daily lunch & dinner menu. Definitely stay next trip in to McAllen!

Best manager- Rachel Cohen

This is specifically for Rachel Cohen, hands down the best manager this hotel has the blessing of employing. She is the only reason I keep coming back and look forward to staying at this hotel, as she understands the true value of hospitality and serving others. She is the only reason the hotel keeps its high ranking and if she were to ever leave, I guarantee many patrons won’t be returning. Rachel thank you for your constant kindness and impeccable hospitality towards your guests!!

Stay

I had a wonderful stay! I was in town for a softball Tournament, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. I was welcomed at the front desk by Jomara, who was friendly, professional, and made the check-in process incredibly smooth and quick.
The customer service throughout my stay was outstanding, and everyone made me feel welcome. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!
