Very CleanHotel

The was a pleasant surprise when I found this hotel. Donna greeted me like I was one of the family with a great attitude and a beautiful smile. I was put in a one bed, very roomy, clean, hardwood floor room that had been recently update. The towels were thick and the TV and channels were great. The room was quiet.
The downfall was they need a restaurant as there is nothing even close to the hotel for eating within walking distance. The hotel is equipped for a small restaurant.
The outside looked like a hotel that had been around a while but don’t let that stop you from coming in and staying here. Good parking!

Comfortable overnight stay

The Exacta Inn is an older motel that had a renovation at one time. The room appeared to be clean and had new plumbing which was in good working order. Cosmetically, there were some minor repairs which could be done to enhance the appearance of the room but it had a comfortable bed and pillows to sleep on and as I was just passing through for the night it was adequate for my needs. It is with regret that I give this affordable motel a poor rating because it had a lot going for it considering its age and condition. My only real complaint is my husband killed three roaches during the night and thankfully I wasn’t aware of that because I am afraid of them. He did report that to the management the next morning and hopefully they called in pest control to treat that issue.

Charged extra for double room that I didn’t need

I called to make a reservation and was told they didn’t have any singles so I paid $95 for a double to get a single and I mean a single. There was 1 hand towel, 1 laundry bag, a table without a chair and 2 bath towels. I did get a chair to use though, all I had to do was walk up front and carry it back myself. She made sure she wrote down that I had it too. Is it just me or is it stupid to put a table in a room without a chair? Hopefully they won’t knock on my door at 7am like last time to see if I’m still here. You’d think the closed curtains and vehicle parked in front of the door would be a clue but I guess not. The room was clean and the beds good but for almost $100 you expect to be able to sit down at the table without having to carry a chair yourself and a hand towel for each bed.

Dumpy with No breakfast

Rooms clean, old motel. No breakfast. In the am they tell you there is a coffee pot in lobby and you can walk up the street to the truck stop deli. There is a Best Western across the street & a Holiday Inn Express are much better choices.

Room is great for price

I have been staying here quite often for work purposes and for the weekly rate price you can’t beat it. Rooms are kept very clean. Donna, front desk employee, is a genuinely nice person and great asset.
