It was amazing. The location was perfect.right next to a restaurant and all shops. We arrived at 1 and they had our room ready. The breakfast was delicious. The only issue was a couple dead roaches and the floors. I knew they were dirty cuz of my kids feet. Otherwise, the bathrooms were super clean, nice sheets and comfty beds.

Accommodation does the job, very central location in Moab. Feels a little dated, some hairs across our bedroom and not a lot of shampoo/conditioner etc. but bed was big and comfortable, breakfast was ok before a day at the park and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was OK is all. Typical waffles, cereal bulk eggs, hash browns and sausage which were warm but not hot. kind on minimal. Only one fresh fruit apple. (And they are not picking 2026 apples yet, so these have been in cold storage warehouse for nearly a year,)
Should as a minimum have bananas and oranges as well.
No decaf coffee available.

Had cockroach & other bugs in our room. Told the front desk & they said we are in the desert and that is not uncommon. Never heard anything more from them about it.We go to Moab often & will never stay in this hotel again. No other place we have stayed at there has had this problem.

Convenient Location in Moab

Excellent location in downtown, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Room is spacious and quite. One must request maid service if you want trash emptied or new towels. Site has a washer and dryer available which was helpful as we had been visiting the National Parks for hiking.
