The hotel was great for our stay going to Hershey. Around a 5-10 min drive to the park. The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for my family. We do wish the fridge was colder, the water wasn’t really cold and our medicines didn’t stay cold enough. The outdoor area was perfect to eat our meals with our kids and let them run without chaos. The indoor pool was hardly crowded although small but great. The room could be updated. The couch was ripped and stained. The shower had pink mold so could be cleaner and the vents and windows need to be cleaned. We would stay again but would recommend some room updates from the hotel. No more carpet! Tile so it stays clean 😂

Adequate

Hotel is well located and is close to major highways and places to eat. Staff members were very nice and customer oriented. Room was clean and adequately furnished. However, overall the Inn is showing wear and tear especially with respect to the carpeting. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The hot food was below par for a Hilton Garden Inn and the selection was minimal. Certainly not worth the price.

Our room was fine but I thought the tub could use a better cleaning. My friends room had a soda can left in it. When we asked the cleaning women to get it two just looked at us and said it wasn’t their room.
Hotel is a bit worn looking, with damaged wall paper and a very ripped couch in the lobby.
Our biggest complaint is the breakfast situation. I never got mine and everyone else in our party was done and ready to go to the park. The next day, they kept screwing up the order for my friend and couldn’t get it straight that butter and cheese are dairy, which she is allergic.
The beds were very uncomfortable.

Stay away

I don’t know why someone would recommend this hotel. The first night we showed up and they didn’t even have the room and pretty much said sorry we overbook like the airlines. Came back the next night and the room was disgusting. The couch and chair cushions had stains. The pull out had crumbs and lm pretty sure mold. The mattress wasn’t even a mattress. We left.

Poor customer service from Hilton.

We requested an early check in. Told no problem. When we arrived at 12:15, we were told there was a storm the night before and apparently every room was booked and none were available for early check in. Ok. I asked if everyone checked out at the same time and not one room was ready. We were told no. We took a seat. Then , left for an hour. Returned at 1:00…..Dane story. No room ready. We had a 2:00 appointment and needed to refresh,…. We used the restroom and left at 1:35. No sooner got in the car and got a text for a room. Manager watched us walk out!!!! We were going to be late so we left. Cancelled the room. Asked for a refund. Told no by manager and corporate. Never had an issue with Hilton and do understand there is no guarantee for early check in but they were rude. Offered no solution. The furniture in the lounge was dirty. Never had an experience like this from Hilton.
