Perfect for our small family in a fantastic location. This part of Old Orchard Beach was equidistant to shops and restaurants as well as the beach and boardwalk. Great amenities and very helpful hosts.

My family and I went here to celebrate my 45th birthday. This hotel was perfectly located only six minute walk to the pier. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was perfect for my four people family. The pool was awesome and warm and relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to the host for keeping such a well-maintained room. We had so much fun.

Mark was a great host. Responsive & accommodating!
The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and we had what we needed.

Friendly Motel in a Great Spot

If you are into clean & friendly and not fancy - Sunset Motel is your place! It has a great location - you can walk to everything! Owners were super nice. It has a 'small town' feel to it. Our room was very clean and met all of our needs. We were 3 female friends traveling together - we felt very safe in that neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

Can’t wait to go back again

We arrived on a Friday had no issues checking in. Wonderful location can walk to all activities, restaurants, breakfast lunch and dinner all walking distance. We loved our room and the bright fun colors. We can’t wait to go back again next year.
