Rock star service

We had a short stay here mainly to maximise the use of the universal express unlimited passes . Room was spacious , the little coffee bar on site lovely and the luxury of the little water taxi to the parks . Service was incredible throughout our stay . Would revisit in a heart beat

Disappointing

Really disappointing for the price we paid. Damage all over the room. Checked into someone else’s food on the carpet and hair all over bathroom floor and bath. Issues took hours to resolve and mixed experience with staff overall. A real shame as had high hopes for this hotel but experience fell short.

Best hotel to stay at for families with teens

We stayed at this hotel to take advantage of the universal fast passes. They really do treat you like a rockstar here and all the staff and amenities were top-notch! The pool was beautiful as well as the entertainment by the pool and it was a very short boat ride or a walk to city walk. I can’t wait to stay here again! I took 14 teenagers and they all loved it as well.

Poor return experience at the Hard Rock

We visited Hard Rock 4 years ago and decided to return for the proximity to the park and Express pass.
We opted for the Club room on floor 7 with my 11 and 16 year old. The room was old and tired and really was small for the money paid. The small make up mirror was broken. There was little room for toiletries for the whole family in the bathroom. The club level / Rock Royalty experience was disappointing with it being in the ballroom. Such a way from the rooms...it was poor value for money too. There were few healthy options...no standard greek or plaon yoghurt for instance, just ones full of sugar. Given the work happening to this facility on 7th floor, we should have been compensated in some way.
I was disappointed that balls could not be used in the pool...kids should be able to play. They do allow blow up beach balls so definitely pack one if you are heading there this summef.
Finally, I do think they should rethink the policy of not including fast pass for Volcano Bay or at least offer a discounted rate. Queues were so long. 70 minutes for most slides.
Overall, I thought value for money was poor. I wouldnt't return in a hurry.

Watch what you get.

Well we just checked in and they said we could check in early even though we were going to wait. Well the room was to have a view however it had a roof from the building blocking our view. We paid for a view but got ripped off. Thanks check in people not cool. Room 5040
