Meghan was fantastic when checking in. We were given descriptions of different room views that were available. She took the time to answer all of our questions and didn’t rush us through to get to the next guest. The staff at Driftwood bar during the day could have been a little friendlier however the food was great and not lacking in portion size. The driftwood pool helped us cool off from the mid July heat plenty of seating and shade. Walking around property for views is easy. Walking the ramp to the lake and down to the marina have very steep inclines on the way back. The staff at the desk when we checked out were also phenomenal the front desk staff is very helpful for whatever you are looking to do. The lake is unfortunately low but still plenty of water for lake activities. We just didn’t have enough time to enjoy the water as we were headed home.

Great potential, but the cleanliness management needs to be completely revised.
The Lake Powell Resort & Marina is located in a very convenient position, just a few steps from Lake Powell, and is indeed one of the central points for those visiting Page.
The facility is pleasant and offers various accommodation options: rooms with external access (small patio) and upstairs rooms with a small balcony. I would definitely recommend the lake view rooms, which add value to the experience. Inside, there are bars, a souvenir shop, a pool, a spa, and other useful services.
The buffet breakfast is not particularly varied, but overall it is good, and the view of the lake makes the moment quite enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the downside concerns the cleanliness, which is well below expectations. Upon our arrival, the room clearly gave the impression of not being properly prepared: wrinkled sheets, with stains and hair. We had to request the linen change ourselves, an intervention that was carried out immediately, but should not be prompted by the guest.
In general, even the room cleaning service seems to occur only upon request, a rather unusual management: normally, it is the customer who chooses to forgo the service through a specific notice in the room, not the other way around.
Even the daily cleaning leaves much to be desired: we found the room poorly maintained, to the point of having to make the bed ourselves and clean the bathroom, with dust and surface dirt present.
The laundry is also expensive and inconvenient to reach, located between the lake and the campground, making it impractical and not very accessible.
What a shame, because the facility has excellent potential and a great location, but the management of cleanliness and services does not meet the standards of the context in which it is located.

terrible experience
Terrible experience. Our ship had broken air conditioning and no chairs on the deck... it was three hours of agony. Furthermore, I complained to the person who sold me the excursion and emailed her directly, but I didn't receive a response, not even an apology.

This property is beautiful. Waking up in the morning to a Lake Powell view is amazing!!! We used the pool, and got coffee at the coffee shop in the lobby. The grounds are well kept and in the evenings you will be sure to see the nightly jack rabbit visitors on the lawn. Enjoyed our 2 night stay with family.

Great location. Amazing views especially sunrise and sunset. Easy access to the Marinas. Great home base for Anelope canyon, horseshoe bend and especially Lake Powell. Had a wonderful stay and would do it again.
