Great family time!

We visited Belleayre for a ski weekend during the holiday break and stayed at Pine Hill Arms. The accommodations are "just the basics" but what a great experience for the kids (cousins) in the two families traveling together. They were doing puzzles and playing board games in the lobby and learning that you don't need TV and devices for entertainment. The people couldn't be any nicer and offered great advice for places to visit during our stay. We will definitely return!

Do not take a chance

All I can say is stay away. Dirty, rude and website is deceiving. This would be a bad choice even if it’s the only choice. It may be historical but not well kept I understand it’s for sale duh

Too many flies and slanted floors!!

Our stay at Pine Hills was uncomfortable and unpleasant. Our room did not have heat and we were forced to rely on one space heater which provided insufficient heat. Our room, as well as our friend’s room, was filled with flies that got trapped in blinds that let in copious amounts of light. In addition, the floors were slanted and when I slept at night I would slide down the bed and wake up to find my feet hanging over the edge! Extremely unsatisfactory.

Quaint and cozy

Loved it here is was so quaint and cozy. Very cute town much better than the Colonial inn that place was the pits. I will most definitely come and stay here again the staff was so friendly and the place was very clean

Deceptive website - Place of last resort

This was the only available vacancy in the area, and now I see why. The website had some inviting looking pictures of the room/s, my room looked nothing like the photos.
I like comfortable, nothing fancy, and only expect decent. Pine hill arms doesn’t even make it to my fairly low standards. The only positive remark I can make, the incredibly uncomfortable bed had clean sheets.
FYI, left after the first of 2 nights, as the bed was terribly uncomfortable…no refund for the second night was given.
And no breakfast, even though the website states with COVID restrictions lifted, breakfast provided.
