Thank you Betsy and Maria and the Pilgrim House staff!

Pilgrim House is our go-to place to stay in Provincetown, since at least 10 years now. The new management has made significant improvements in the mechanics of the guestrooms and the overall ambiance. Our visit was enhanced by the addition of the new Supper Club with welcome live music, piano bar, wonderful vocalists, an open mic, tasty food and drinks, and engaging hosts: Betsy and Maria. It was clearly evident that they care about the comfort of the guests and the reputation of Pilgrim House. We travel here by car for the film festival in June and again in October for Womens’ Week, so the on-site parking is a huge plus for us. The lot is as well maintained as the rest of the property! We are so happy to sing the praises of Betsy, Maria, and ALL the staff ( Pauline, thank you!) who make Pilgrim House a gem of a place to enjoy Provincetown.

An Absolute GEM In the Heart of It All & An Owner Who Really Cares About Her Guests

We took an early anniversary getaway to Pilgrim House and had our best stay in Ptown yet. The room was HUGE and had all the accompaniments we needed from the beverage fridge to the nespresso machine with restocked coffee pods and glassware of all shapes and sizes. Maria and the team have thought of everything. The room also had its own high-end air conditioning system and fancy wooden shutters. The bathroom was super modern with a waterfall showerhead and restocked amenities each day. An ironing board/iron, enough hangers for the weekend - and a high-end mattress and furniture. What a fabulous home away from home for the weekend so close to everything on Commercial street but set back enough to spare any noise and feel private and secluded in the heart of everything. On a personal note, one of us was under the weather on checkout and Maria personally drove us to the pier for the ferry and told us we absolutely should not order an Uber. Top customer service and above and BEYOND. The kind of personal touch that shows how much Maria cares about the guests at Pilgrim House. The onsite entertainment and courtyard and all of the spaces to enjoy make it truly a gem on Commercial Street. Highly recommended for your next visit!

I love the fact that this hotel is in front of Commercial Street and close to everything. My 4 star is due to the fact that being so close to all the action also comes with cons. It was noisy at night. They had the Lesbian Visibility week and had events going on at this location. If you are a light sleeper, this is not for you. If you value a good night sleep, again, this is not the hotel for you. Also, during the night, I could hear the person nextdoor snoring, flushing the bathroom, shower, you name it.
I had the basic room and it really was: no coffee maker, fridge or microwave. Just TV.
The beds need some updating, I was sore all this week because of my poor sleep.
I gave it a 4 star and it could have been lower but I got a great price for the 4 nights I stayed and I loved being so close to the pier.
Be ready to pay for parking also.

Practically located near cafes, restaurants, and the legendary Lobster Pot!, our stay at PH was amazing! Staff was courteous and welcoming. Checking in late worked without a hitch. We plan on staying at PH again when we return for a visit to PTown.

This hotel is small but so warm and amazing. The beds are so comfortable and the staff is so welcoming. They have live entertainment and a fabulous bar. If you are looking for a perfect location and an amazing stay I would highly recommend this hotel!
