Staff is awesome and extremely helpful. Great job to the entire staff. The property is extremely safe and room was more than what we expected, clean etc.

MEMORIAL DAY DISASTER

This Hotel is very dirty our experience was bad, very bad for 3days, 3 nights there was no housekeeping no clean towels our sheets was never changed we went to office 5 times different desk clerks all were very rude. They tell us nothing we can do we are short on staff, and theres no more towels, we see people checking in going to pool area to get pool towels that were in the bin, and the pool was disgusting dirty just like the room on Memorial weeking who ever is the owner of this FRANCHISE HOTEL SHAME ON YOU, and there's lots of drug people wondering around the parking lot doing drugs and drinking, the staff that works there seen everything but they dont care.SO ALL PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM QUALITY INN HOTEL ON HILLTOP REDDING, CALIFORNIA ITS VERY DIRTY AND UNSAFE.

We checked in fairly late so we didn’t have an option to leave and find somewhere else to stay for a night. When we got to our room there wasn’t a fitted sheet on the bed, cigarette burns on the mattress (we booked a smoke free room) , the pillow cases were stained, no extra linens so we could swap the ones on the bed, and the bathroom had not been cleaned. We called the front desk- no answer, then went down stairs and no ever came to the front desk.

Staff and breakfast were excellent, the room was ok, despite it was a non smoking accommodation the smell of cigarette was terrible, I couldn’t sleep well and for this reason I got a stuffy nose and headache. Also the bedding was stained with some dirty.

Room and furniture were a little run down and could use some updating. Breakfast was very good! Staff was very helpful. Bed was quite comfortable.
