We had an absolutely Splendid time one lots of money and a good experience with the rooms all in all everyone was very splendid and we'll come back soon

From the beginning the AC didn’t work. When I walk into the room. I had a convention to attend to. So I left hoping facilities and engineering would fix it. They came. I was still they fixed. It went to dinner. Came back at 7 o’clock. AC. Still not working very humid. The beds were stained and the bathroom was clogged.

My stay wasn't bad but there was room for improvement.
Pros...
-Room was very clean (with one issue. i will explain in the cons)
-Front desk staff was great and very accommodating. My sister had an issue with her room and they got her moved to a different room with no issues.
-Enjoyed Gordan Ramsey Fish and Chips
Cons...
-Although the room was clean and the bathroom was clean, the bathroom had a very strong urine smell. Like a public restroom. We always travel with cleaning supplies so we wiped everything down thinking it would help. We went out to a concert and came back and it was still there. We believe it was the shower curtain. We were only there for the night and I refused to shower. I felt like I was gonna vomit from the smell every time I was in the bathroom.
-Room was advertised as luxury but it was very basic. There was nothing luxury about it.
-This property is not ADA friendly. I don't use a wheelchair or walker but I do have mobility issues. There were a lot of unexpected stairs I had to navigate with my luggage.
-Food court was filthy. I didn't want to get food because the floors and tables were so dirty

What’s so good the parking guys are very helpful but I requested for the room to be clean. It wasn’t clean the next day but overall it was all good. I’m supposed to go to the sky tower and I told the lady that my sister is disabled and I’m supposed to pay $16 per day to be in the main building so she did not charge us $16 more plus she put us in a disabled room which is no smoking so that was really great overall great stay for two nights thank you circus circus

Only problem we really had was the fan for the rooms AC sounded like it was loudly hitting against something inside the unit. Was hard to sleep through the racket it created everytime it was running. The issue wasnt fixed while we were there, hopefully it was fixed after we checked out.
Staff were friendly and rooms were decently clean.
