Convenient location for our stay. The breakfast had lots of options and the dining area was comfortable. Plenty of parking and quick freeway access.

I had difficulty finding the property, my bad, old Magellan guidance system. When I phoned them they basically said "your problem, restart your system". Didn't ask where I was (overshot the property by less than 1/2 mile) and offered ZERO help. The TV system is HORRIBLE. You have to navigate from a blank screen and find a source. I asked the front desk if the had a list of TV stations and was given the response that was basically duh, old lady, it's on the TV. I will not stay again.

Fine

We stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon, and for a friend's wedding nearby. "Fine" is probably the best description. We were in an accessible room, which was labelled as a "handicap" room for some reason. The shower was awful - there was no way of using it so you can just stand under it because it was just angled at the wall. We also could have done with the means of making tea. We couldn't get the coffee machine to just heat up water and there were paper cups rather than proper crockery, so couldn't heat water up in the microwave. We ended up buying a mug from Walmart and leaving it, just so we could have tea. The lack of central ceiling light in the room also meant it was dark if there wasn't day light. The side lamps weren't quite enough.

This hotel was very convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Restaurants were also nearby. Staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast had a good selection of eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, fruits, coffee and orange juice as well, Free parking was included which was great,

Give Ray a Raise

We had such a great experience! Ray helped us through check in and guest experiences. He was amazing!! I truly cannot speak highly enough of Ray, he was kind, welcoming, very accommodating to my requests. Really went above and beyond for us.
