Ask for Kenia!

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Breakfast service is wonderful. Kenia is the absolute best. I am in town every other month and she even remembers my order! She is friendly, helpful, and makes my mornings happy!

Upon arrival our room was dirty & the toilet was clogged. Gross but we got moved to another room on the same floor. The room wasn’t great and the shower didn’t have hot water … weird. we booked this hotel for two nights and honestly, I wanted to leave after the first night but we stuck it out. They gave us free breakfast after the room switch which was cool.
Upon checking out, we received a call from the manager and they comped one of our nights which makes me consider going back. Staff was good. Hotel is just outdated.

Did not know until we checked in that there was a parking fee of $19 per night. Super unhappy about it! Just a parking lot in the back. No covered parking. No reason to charge. Also lots of added taxes added on my bill. I was charged $100 more than when I made the reservation.

I checked in, charged parking to my room, and the lady was nice and it was quick. The next morning I leave and 5 miles later I noticed a ticket under my wiper, went back told the lady who was very nice, She told me it was charged to my room, and said it would be taken care of. I really like this hotel and the people that work there but this was a problem that should not have happened.
