Highly recommend staying elsewhere

Stayed here as a last minute booking for a softball tournament with my kid 4/18-4/19- no vacancies elsewhere in the area and now I understand why. Not only was the price inflated to $149/night (before taxes) but the rooms were absolutely horrible. Our room was supposed to be nonsmoking and smelled extremely strongly of stale smoke- to the point that everything we brought in now smells. The floors were sticky. The bed had dried urine stains (obvious odor) and a mystery stain. The pillowcases were also dirty. There was no housekeeping on duty- the front desk was very helpful in getting me clean bedding so I could change out the soiled and provided lysol to spray everything down. I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend to anyone- we frequent Ruston for softball tournaments and if you are coming for a tournament I highly recommend you stay elsewhere. Absolutely insane the price they charge for the quality of the room.

It was a basic hotel/motel. No glamour or pomp. If you need a quick stop to sleep and get back on the road in the morning, it’s fine for that but not much more.

The hotel is good enough for an overnight, roadside stay. Rooms were ok. Could definitely use an update and refresh. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There were no tea bags. The covers for the coffee cups were too small for the provided cups!

Room smelled like sewer. Finally figured that out when I woke up. Got in at 1am didn't get settled till 2am. Got to the breakfast right before 9 and front desk guy had an attitude and was extremely rude towards myself and my buddy that was traveling with me. Sorry you had to wait a few min extra before you put away a fruit basket and a few yogurts.
