I arrived at the hotel at check-in time only to be told that my room was not ready and that I would need to wait several more hours before it became available. No alternative rooms were offered.
Because the hotel was unable to provide the room I had reserved, I chose not to stay. Despite this, my credit card was still charged. More than a week later, the hotel continues to refuse to issue a refund.
To make matters worse, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff were unhelpful, showed little interest in resolving the issue, and provided no meaningful assistance. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed our one night stay. We were attending a wedding and the hotel was perfectly located.
Our room and bathroom/shower was clean, and the beds and pillows were great.
We enjoyed eating dinner and breakfast was wonderful. We both especially enjoyed the eggs.
Check in and check out was easy.

The room was a standard room with 2 beds, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, the furniture was old and not dusted (I actually found a dime under the telephone), the room service menu had all stains on it but since it was a weekend, they did not do room service and there was no refrigerator in the room. I will not stay there again. The front desk person was ok but she did not explain anything i.e. no room service and that there was a party that evening which would affect parking

The Crowne Hotel is beautiful; it features a spacious parking lot and an excellent location, with nearby amenities such as a grocery store and a pharmacy. We stayed in a large room with lovely decor—it was very clean and had an excellent bathroom. We ended up not having breakfast because we left at 5:00 AM. We also were unable to reach anyone at the front desk at that time. We left the key and departed, as there were no staff members available to assist us. Subsequently, we reached out to request a refund of the amount held on our credit card at the time of check-in.
