Nice management,very kind people. $100/day kinda pricey,but convenient location in La Mesa. 7-11 across the street in addition to ALOT of fast food close by. Management + housekeeping staff are friendly genuine people. Thanks Ace Budget!

Ace Budget in La Mesa

The man at the front desk spoke really broken English, could not understand him. And he was rude. When I got in the room, it was filthy, refrigerator was dirty, freezer had a big pile of ice in the middle. I am a non driver so had to be in it a couple days until my sister could pick me up. The second day I saw three cock roaches. The code he gave me to get internet did not work. I have pictures but don't know how to post them. There was a roll of toilet paper on the spindle, the other one was on the sink counter un wrapped.

Very poor customer service

This hotel does not have any regard for customer service. They were rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travels. I asked to speak with the property manager, and was advised that there wasn't one. Pictures will be added at a later time.
