I was very disappointed with my stay at Quality Inn. The hotel was not what I expected. The rooms were not clean, and although I was eventually given a cleaner room, it still fell short of basic standards. The conditioner was missing, the shampoo dispenser was empty, and there were only two towels provided.
For the amount of money they charge, this level of cleanliness and lack of basic amenities is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Our room had a musty smell and the carpet was moist. There was definitely something moldy in the room because I was coughing all night. When I told the front desk about they rold me that they would take into consideration and put a humidifier in the room, and walked away. It’s obviously a problem they already knew of and have done nothing about.

Great location. Safe with great food choices within walking distance. Shower changes from scalding hot to cold throughout your shower which is a pain. AC could not keep the room cool.
Breakfast was 1/5 but the coffee shop down the street is great

There is very little positive about this location. Check in was quick and staff efficient and nice, but the room was prepaid also. This is an old location and it shows, along with being in the worst spot for any quiet night. At 6 am I thought the train I heard was coming through my room. Not enough parking, trucks taking up multiple spaces, doors that don't fit, water that doesn't shut off, the worst shower faucet control I have ever seen (fell apart trying to turn on the shower). Breakfast is typical unhealthy fare.
On the plus (such as it is), the jacuzzi was nice to have, the room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately those things do not compensate for the others. Great to have a comfortable bed, but only if you don't mistake someone turning on a shower in another for a tornado.

We reserved a room for three days several days in advance. When we arrived, they informed us that the last regular room had just been given away, so they assigned us an accessible room instead. It wasn’t a big deal, but while showering that night, I slipped in the tub and broke the shower curtain rod. Despite reporting it, the rod was not fixed during our stay. Breakfast was quite basic. The pool was acceptable, but the hot tub jets shot water directly into your face. Overall, this was a subpar hotel at best.
