Great location stay after a concert at Frog Alley Brewing! It’s in walking distance!

We were happy with the hotel except for the fact that we had to wait about45 minutes for our room to be ready. We arrived at 3pm and the lobby seating and the dining area seating were full of other guests also waiting for their rooms to be ready. Not a big deal
Except that we had just driven 4-1/2 hours to get there.

My stay was good. The room was a good size, but I really didn't have an opportunity to use the amenities. I feel that the amount of the pet fee should be disclosed at the time of reservation. It was way too high. It was almost half the cost of the room. Due to the high price ,I doubt I will ever stay there again. This pup is well trained but your rates will make road trips too expensive.

Rooms in the hotel are newly renovated and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Breakfast was good too.

Convenient and clean

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We stayed here for a show at Proctors and it was perfect and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Staff were friendly and I like their texting feature! The lobby was warm and inviting and breakfast space was huge. I would love to see hot oatmeal and more fresh fruit as healthier options for breakfast.
