Nice city center hotel very close to the town square and some walkable food options but many are not open at the weekends. There is no access from the parking lot to the hotel they are separate but next to one another so make sure you unload then park. Parking is free for guests with validation. Rooms are nice, comfy beds and quiet at least when we were there.

I wish that the hotel had reached out to us in advance to tell us that their parking garage was closed and the parking garage across the street had a broken elevator! My partner has some difficulties walking and had to walk down three flights of stairs to get to the hotel!

HOT TUB NOT IN SERVICE. After driving all day, we had booked this hotel for the location and because we needed a hot tub. The staff at the front desk informed us that the hot tub had not been in service since she started working there several years ago

My room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the room chair was hard to get at, and my table lamp did not initially work. It was later fixed the next morning. I did get a good sleep, and the soft water was great.

Nice hotel

We stayed at this property during a 1 night visit to Scranton. It has a convenient downtown location. It did not seem busy during our Sunday night stay. Check in was easy and the staff were very nice. Parking is available at the garage next door.
We had a 1 bdrm suite, which was very spacious. It was clean and comfortable. We used our Hhonors credit in the Starbucks in the lobby, which worked well. I think there was a full service restaurant as well.
