It nices clean rooms nice manager I like this place the boardwalk is a block one 7 eleven cross the street nice clean pool you BBQ THE CAN HAVE FUN I like this place I will come back soon the peoples are very nice in this place at Coral sand nice rooms nice patio I'm having fun I like this please very very nice

Gordon Ramsey would shut this hotel down.
Don’t stay here, I didn’t stay one night.
This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. I didn’t even stay the night it was so bad. There is tile falling off the wall in the shower in room 7. The shower wasn’t large enough for me to shave my legs. The bed felt like 2 box springs when I sat on it. The tv remote was grimy and icky.
There was only 3 outlets in the whole room, 1 for the tv and fridge, 1 for the a/c unit and 1 in the bathroom. We also had a plastic dollar general pool chair in the room.
On the other side of the hotel all rooms were booked to a family having a pool party. The office manager lives there and said she brought her own mattress.
When I asked for a refund, they said only $100 when all 3 nights were $400. Nothing is good about this place, it’s ran down. When I was leaving the house keeper/ maid told us to stop being babies and to suck it up. Bottom line don’t stay here.

Such a disappointment
This motel needs a major update and is nothing like it was presented as on the travel website that i used. I reserved what they called a Deluxe Room but in no way was this deluxe..
The mattresses were very very hard but the worst part was how noisy the springs were every time you moved. The shower had mold in it and the toilet would not flush on our last day. The room itself had outdated furnishings and the bed spreads were old a pilled on the inside.
The air conditioner did work very well.
The entire facility has peeling paint ..The pool is concrete lined and since the steps were slippery I did not attempt to get in. The paint is peeling in the pool .area.
I was concerned with outdated locks on the room doors with only one of 2 locks working .Staff was friendly but on our last night we were subjected to an argument between a staff member and someone else . We could distinctly here everything through our wall in our room. Language not appropriate for a family to hear.
I can only say that my only other plus is that the location was close to the boardwalk .

THIS PLACE IS SO DIRTY IT WILL MAKE YOU SICK
EVERYTHING about this place is Gross do yourself a favor and dont waste one dollar on this place you will be sorry and for people that owns this hotel also own the Belmont right around the corner. Both places are just as bad as each other

HOORIBLE MOTEL
This lady PUT MY FAMILY DOWN because no one wanted to stay at her dumpy motel, (Literally talked bad stuff about my husband to me) it was a lot worse than the pictures on booking.com it was located in different then it said & she would not refund us in full even though we saw the rooms and said no way are we staying here. The front desk/possible owner was classless and rude. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend people to stay at this hotel it’s not worth 1/2 of what they are charging. Oh, & the bathrooms were gross that was the breaking point!
