More than just a motel, this is a piece of Route 66 history ️✨
From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping back into the golden age of the Mother Road. The motel embraces its Route 66 heritage with themed rooms, vintage décor, and plenty of nostalgia around every corner. It is not a luxury resort, and it does not try to be. Instead, it offers something even better: an authentic piece of Route 66 history.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and full of character. The Route 66 memorabilia and classic roadside motel atmosphere made it one of the most memorable stays of our trip. Jackson especially loved the theming and enjoyed exploring all the fun details throughout the property.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Seligman, making it easy to walk to local shops, restaurants, and some of the town’s most famous Route 66 attractions. Staying here allowed us to slow down and truly appreciate the small-town charm that makes Route 66 so special.
The owners clearly take pride in preserving this historic property, and that passion shows. If you are traveling Route 66, I highly recommend spending a night here rather than simply passing through. Places like this are part of what keeps the spirit of the Mother Road alive.
We would happily stay here again on a future Route 66 adventure.

Basic but well kept, clean and with friendly staff
However, after a quick phone call a lovely gentleman turned up and checked me in with no fuss at all.
The room was very basic, but the owners had clearly made an effort to decorate it nicely and it was kept very clean and in very good condition.
In the morning I had an issue locking the door and again the office was closed.
However, a quick phone call to a very friendly lady and the matter was resolved.
I am happy to recommend this place to anybody needing to stop on a road trip, but do make sure you have your phone charged as you may need it to contact the staff.

Complete change of scenery and situation! Clean room decorated in the atmosphere and period, down to the smallest details ;-). We will definitely come back! The children loved it!
