Great stay experience

Lisa, who is at the front desk is an awesome person pleasant very helpful and I could see she is a dedicated employee without a doubt and an asset to the Hilton organization. Every time we passed her to go out of the hotel. She was very pleasant and complementary to us.

Unacceptable cleanliness

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this hotel was completely unacceptable. We had booked two rooms and found hairs between the sheets, pillowcases smelling of men's perfume, and dirty bathrooms. We complained and changed rooms, only to find very similar hygiene issues again.
On the third attempt, we eventually accepted the rooms because we were exhausted. The sheets and towels seemed reasonably clean, but there was still dust and rust everywhere.
It is such a shame because the lady who welcomed us at check-in was extremely kind, understanding and attentive, and the gentleman working at breakfast the following morning was also wonderful and very helpful. They both deserve a special mention.
Unfortunately, the lady at check-out was the complete opposite: rude, dismissive and extremely unhelpful, especially when we asked about the refund for one of the rooms that had been promised to us the previous evening.
We can accept an old or outdated hotel, but clean sheets and basic hygiene are the absolute minimum. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.
