NIce stay but not a great value

​We stayed two nights at the Inn at the Park. The Inn is well located, two blocks from a public beach, across the street from the park and Maritime Museum, and a very short walk to Phoenix Street (aka South Haven's main street).
Our room was large, comfortable, and sparkling clean; it had sufficient towels and hangers and even included two terry robes. Though it faced the road, it was quiet at night.
The Inn provided beach towels for guests and, perhaps most surprisingly for a B&B, the room with the towels also had an iron and ironing board. There was a small screen porch and, in the back, a picnic table with extra chairs and small tables. There was a full refrigerator available to guests. Those are the pluses.
Less satisfying was breakfast, with only one time option 9:00-9:30; perhaps it is because they wanted to serve warm breakfasts. This didn't fit our early rising schedule, and we saw some guests skipping breakfast because they needed to leave earlier. The Inn tried to address this by offering coffee and a cold item such as a coffee cake at 8:00 but, in our experience, sometimes a bit later than that. Frankly, we would have liked this self-serve light breakfast option to have started earlier.
The staff were friendly, but we never interacted with the hosts. The Inn lacked the small touches or extras that distinguish a "luxury" bed and breakfast. So, all in all, it was a good stay but we felt that at the price it was not a good value.

Quiet, clean and Comfortable!

We stayed in the Hall Tree Condo Suite at Inn At The Park and it was wonderful! The Suite overlooks the backyard garden and it was private, clean and comfortable. It made for a relaxing stay in South Haven. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was delivered to our room by 2 lovely ladies. We are an older couple but the downtown area was an easy walk along with Captain Lou’s! We enjoyed the Blueberry Festival and parade too. We will visit again and Inn At The Park is at the top of our list!

We always love our stay at Inn at the Park and our time in South Haven. The folks at the Inn have become great friends and run a wonderful property

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We just spent two nights here. Loved it! The location was perfect. We stayed in the Magnolia room. Beautiful and comfortable room. The staff was amazing and made the experience that much more rewarding.

Great location

Great bed and breakfast in a great location. Easy walk into town or to the beach. We stayed in the Hill Tree suite and it was fantastic. Loved sitting on the back porch and enjoying the garden.
