The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice, scrambled eggs and waffles with strawberries! I thought our room would have hard wood/ laminate floors but instead it was carpet that looked like wood. Very quiet, I will stay there again!!

We shall see...

Beginning our stay there and they are charging $25 to check in early, even when the hotel is quiet and not full. Very disappointing and just another way to "ding" repeat patrons...

I very much appreciated having breakfast. BUT I wished you had the option of having biscuits and gravy. Also, wanted hazelnut creamer as an option would have been nice. That is really my only complaint. Thank you all for your kindness and the housekeeping staff were especially nice.

Great experience

We booked a suite for one night. I really liked the separate door for the bedroom and the layout of the living room which also had a dining room table for four people even though we only had two and a half. Also liked that the bathroom could be accessed from either the bedroom itself or the living room. Breakfast was good, as was the location; nice and quiet area.

Cons: too much road noise and sunlight penetrating room

My husband and I found the layout of our room was nice...plenty of room. We are still looking for a hotel that offers a comfortable couch though! The one here is very firm. The hotel appears well-kept. Breakfast is what you'd expect these days...edible, but ordinary.
Our biggest issues, and the reason for the lower rating, are road noise and light. The noise from I-90 is LOUD and makes earplugs a necessity and they are really not sufficient. In our bedroom, the roll down blinds allowed significant light penetration out the side which lands right on the pillow area of the bed. Since the sun rises at about 4:40 in the morning we struggled to continue sleeping. Drapes would be a better choice.
