Excellent, comfortable, and well located Spokane haven
Great stay in comfortable and well appointed apartments. Ideally located close to the Convention Centre, the river, great shopping, and restaurants and entertainment spots. Access was easy and the communication from the apartment managers was fast, responsive, and clear. Apartments are as they appear on the website, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well appointed (could have dne with some wine glasses) but all the basics were there. Close to a really nice co-op food market with a great range of quality products. Hard to fault. Perfect for what we were after in Spokane.

Location: perfect, and stay: wonderful
Perfect spot! My mom and I spent two happy days here... a nice clean, comfortable, and safe spot. Pros: room for us to spread out, a nice sized kitchen, a washer/dryer which mostly worked, good a/c, comfortable beds, comfortable and clean bath. Cons: parking was not perfect, but I found parking near the Brazilian restaurant behind our building was pretty good. I paid about $22 per day for that. Overall, though, it was so nice to be within walking distance of the Riverpark and easy access to the local restaurants. We used the kitchen to just warm up the leftovers. It was very affordable, too, despite the addition of the cleaning fees. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay
Rooms were nice, however plumbing issues, bugs, and cleanliness of the unit were negative points. The room was modern and updated with comfortable beds and furniture. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with the mentioned issues.

Modern apartment hotel
The units are nice and modern. Some appliances are outdated. The spilt hvac they have works really well for the price they charge. Be wary of bugs in the common areas and in the units. I had an issue with a couple of rooms I stayed in. Also mold above the ceiling near the AC. There also seems to be some sort of machine outside the bedroom windows that turns on and runs 24/7, and it's very loud. Management seems to be aware of issues, but don't resolve it right away. If you don't mind pests and loud noises, this place is for you. You're better off at a park than this.

Thank you for the review. We’re truly sorry about your disappointing experience at our travel apartments. After reading your review, we carefully inspected all of our travel apartments and thankfully did not see any signs of mold or insects. We did find dust around some of the air intake vents in the ceilings and have used your review as an opportunity to ensure this area in all our apartments is cleaned on a routine schedule - thank you. As a routine preventive measure, we’ve had a pest control company treat our building for the last several years and during their most recent visit they’ve reported no issues. Because of street noises that can occur in our downtown location, we provide white noise machines in all our exterior bedrooms – we’re sorry these weren’t more helpful for you. We honestly strive to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests, and we’re sorry we missed the mark for your stay.

Wouldn’t stay here again
Pros: good location, clean apartment and well stocked.
Cons: PARKING at 27/night in a parking garage, paper thin walls you really feel like you are cohabiting with strangers, windows only in bedroom.
Advice: Pay for an upgraded unit with windows and get top floor away from Elevators. Don’t park in an open lot, yes it’s cheaper than the garage but our car was vandalized.
