50th Anniversary Party

Rochelle was an amazing Banquet Captain. The atmosphere and views were unmatched. Even with the fires their service did not lack. The room was the perfect size for our family and friends. What a beautiful event for my parent's 50th Anniversary Party! Andrew was a great salesperson as well. No haggling and the food prices were reasonable. Everyone at the event was impressed.

Dear Elizabeth,
Thank you so much for the fantastic review and what a special occasion to celebrate! We're so honored you chose us to host your parents' 50th Anniversary Party, and we're thrilled it was such a beautiful event.
Rochelle and Andrew will be delighted to hear they made such an impression. Rochelle takes real pride in captaining a seamless event, and Andrew always aims to make the planning easy and straightforward. It means a great deal to know the atmosphere, the views, the room, and the food all came together perfectly for your family and friends, and that our team's service shone through even during a challenging time in the area.
Congratulations again to your parents on 50 wonderful years. We'd be delighted to help you create more special memories on your next visit!
Sincerely,
Guest Experience Team - Ruby Hospitality

This is a multi-building facility that has a theme that I would describe as "outdoor activities." My room featured this quote by John Muir painted on the wall: "Between every two pines there is a doorway to a new world." There was a second quote on another wall with the same theme. Room and hotel features are modern. It is obviously that this is a newer facility. The area around the hotel appears safe, and the rooms are nice and quiet. It's very dark at night, perfect for a sound sleep. There are two amazing swimming pools adjacent to the river, although I did not avail myself of their use. The hotel does not offer a complimentary breakfast, but the adjacent Osprey restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is reasonably priced. Staff on the property were friendly and accommodating.

Room was super noisy @ 3 AM for about an hour. Was not happy about it. The coffee maker had hair in it. Asked for coffee at the front desk and said coffee was only in the rooms.

In town for a high school cross country meet (the new course in Spokane Valley is excellent btw). We were only here one night but had a great stay at the hotel. Clean and comfortable, with nice amenities (pool and rec area) and direct access to the riverside greenbelt.

The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant. Had a late night cocktail in the bar after our concert. Will stay here again.
