Home Away from Home

This was my third time staying at Maple Hill with Justin and Catherine, and hopefully there will be many more. This time included family which was even sweeter. The home has a rich history which has been kept in mind as they restore elements of it, and the stories of life there are as rich as the history. Having stayed in Jailer’s Inn and Talbot Inn in Bardstown, none compares to the warmth, beauty, and hospitality of Maple Hill.

What a beautiful home. The home sits back off road so very quiet and plenty of space to sit outside for a great night. Lincoln room was very clean and spacious. Homemade eggs from chickens were very good. Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful historic stay

Beautiful and breathtaking area. Very historic home. Hosts are so nice and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Horses and donkeys on sight to pet. Very clean highly recommend .

A perfect overnight visit

Another wonderful visit to Maple Hill albeit just an overnight "passing through" trip this time.
As always, the McElroy Suite was perfect and Catherine's breakfast lived up to her usual deliciousness.
