I would stay here again

We read the reviews and reluctantly stayed here thinking we picked the lessor of the evils, and we had to stay somewhere. We rolled the dice and hoped for the best.
We were surprised in the best way possible. It was clean, comfortable, and the people could not have been nicer. Easy parking and the breakfast was typical Hampton Inn.

No more Hilton hotels for me

I am an Hilton Honors member. This was the worst Hilton experience I have ever had. Jack hammer construction at 7 am over our room. After kindly notifying the front desk, she said manager would call me. After a few days of no mgr call, I left a message. Never called back. While the website says there is construction, it did not say that when I booked in May 2026.
I called Hilton Honors customer service twice. The first one said they would do nothing. They said the website had the information about construction on it. After I realized that it did not have these dates when I booked in May, I called back. They said they would follow up in 48 hours. No follow up.
With this kind of customer service, they have lost my business. Never staying at a Hilton property again. I am using my Marriott rewards now.

Okay Hotel

A nice hotel offering us an pleasant overnight stay. The staff was nice. The room was comfortable but some of the furniture was worn and broken.

Rooms were very dusty. Hotel in need of major interior improvements. Also construction was being done on the outside and no where were we informed prior.

Everyone was so friendly . Really nice variety for breakfast. Check in and check out was a breeze.
