GREAT Hotel

Excellent and beautiful hotel. Staff especially Rowan, Zach ( valet staff) Wayne ( maintenance) and especially McKenna ( front desk) made us feel so welcome. They were all very respectful and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to everyone I can’t say enough good things about this establishment.I will be returning in the near future .

Staff were fantastic! Service with a smile and provided great information regarding places to eat and see!
I asked about the noise from the ice machine, and by the time I returned to my room the noise from the machine was addressed as promised!
Lobby, room, and especially bathroom was very clean! Great stay and will definitely stay again!

We loved staying here. It’s surprisingly a huge space for the 5 of us. The hotel is so cute and very close to the historic attractions. It’s also close to restaurants being its location is downtown.

Loved our second visit!

This was our second stay and has become our new go to location for our regular visits to St. Augustine. The location in the historic district across from Ripley’s and the Fort, plus right next to the city parking garage is ideal. We pick the deluxe king room always spotless and comfortable. The little spa pool is perfect for an afternoon dip after walking around all day and we did have a nice breakfast in the restaurant which was very good. Can’t wait to return!

Keep looking

Had dinner in the hotel and got so sick I had to leave a day early. In my early morning haste to leave, I left an expensive watch on counter. Had 6 hour drive home and realized I left watch. Sadly, watch was not turned in. House of thieves. But more importantly, the two managers told me it was impossible that anyone there took it. Last time I saw my watch, it did not have legs. Hotels are rampant with theft, I get that, but it was mind blowing how rude and dismissive these two women were. Besides that, the rooms are hot and temp controlled which is tough in Florida. Water pressure was terrible. There are a plethora of hotels in St. Augustine. Try one that is at least gracious to guests, has fresh food and has cool rooms.
