Love this Blue Ridge Inn!!

Blue Ridge Inn looks to be an older hotel, maybe, but has been well kept and has been fashionably updated! The room was extremely clean, beds and pillows were very comfy, clean crisp white. It was a little smaller than some hotels, but it was fine! We would definitely go again, if we are in the area!!

Average motel on Main Street.

Blue Ridge Inn is a central downtown average motel in the very cozy and charming little town Sylva.
Older well maintained and clean motel, but still also with an old musty smell in the room. Good parking and good location and lovely with the rocking chairs in the outdoor corridor, but a little too expensive compared to the room standard. Really nice staff, all in all ok for a single night.

A secret revealed.

A discovered haven of rest after a strenuous day of travel. Clean, comfortable and as nice as any 4 star motel/hotel we have ever stayed in. A hidden secret for sure. A neat little city to walk around in and a beautiful view of court house on a hill. Short drive into Cherokee and into smokey mountains

Can’t return for the smell

Old building, but updated. Clean, but smelled like urine, mustiness and old house smell. Sprayed deodorizer, but it seemed to be in the carpet, walls or structure itself. Staff were nice though.

Nice 50's era motel.

This 50's era "mom and pop" motel in downtown Sylva is a nice place to stay for a few days while in the area. Though the rooms are small and basic, the cleaning crew keeps them in good order and fresh each day. Each room has rocking chairs in front. Though on a main street with some traffic noise, it tends to lessen around 10 PM and pick up again around 5-6 AM. The beds are comfy and pillows good. You can walk to several good eateries and craft breweries in this charming mountain town.
The owners and staff are very nice and accommodating. My friend and I frequently ride our motorcycles there and will spend several days at a time. This is our new "go-to" place for staying up in that area. It's close to all the great biker roads too.
