Unsafe bathroom

The shower was poorly designed and my father in law slipped on the floor tile and hurt his arm and head.

As soon as you walk on the property you feel like you are priority number one. Love everything about this wonderful hotel. From bottom to top! Thanks to Aneesa. And thanks, once again to Austin! Truly amazing.

I loved the room, clean and nice. Just a heads up you have to pay for parking which is valet only that is extra $49 there or $16 dollar with $4 fee every time you leave and that lot is a block away from the hotel. Other than that we had a good trip.

No hot water for days and adversarial staff

The amenities, location, and cleanliness were fine, but the biggest issue for me was having no running water in the shower during the evening and the following day. Running water is a basic necessity at any hotel!!! So I honestly do not understand how this could happen without any meaningful resolution. The hotel did not even offer any refund or adjustment for the so called “inconvenience”. The service from the front desk was extremely poor — the way the situation was handled came across as unprofessional and discourteous, with no concern whatsoever for what the guest was actually dealing with. This hotel should not be branded a Westin and they should be ashamed that their manager Danielle was dismissive, adversarial, and left us feeling disappointed.

We fully understand that having no running water in the shower, particularly through the evening and into the following day, is far more than a minor inconvenience—it is an unacceptable failure to provide a basic hotel necessity.
