Great over night stop

Quaint little hotel nicely redone. Only has 9 rooms. Quiet and clean. The owner was very nice. No breakfast but coffee was available in the office after 7. Kitchenette in rooms but could not cook in room per owner. Nice little town. Great place for a quick over night stay. A bit pricey tho.

very nice hotel, staff!

Great owner, friendly and knowledgeable of the area. My room was very clean, there was plenty of parking and a nice outdoor picnic area! This is one of those places that you can tell how much the owner cares about by the way they work on it and by the way it is kept. Definitely a great place to stay! Thank you Swiss Mountain motel!

Great Experience

Wonderful stay. Went out of their way to reunite my friend’s daughter with her beloved teddy bear. Great place for family. Close to attractions, recreation and a stone’s throw from National Park. Can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Chockfull of character, simple, nice and clean.

Me, my girlfriend and parents in law spend a night at the Swiss Mountain Motel so we have seen two rooms and of course owner (and maid) Len who is a straight up American guy! We had a great experience and appreciated Len’s hospitality and the way he designed the rooms (they were different). Both rooms were chockfull of character and clean. There is WiFi, TV and Len can provide you with some coffee. I really liked the cowboy lamp!

This Place is a Hidden Gem

This little (9 or 10 rooms total) place is a gem, hiding off of the main drag. The room was small and outdated, but the cleanest we'd seen in several days. Len, the owner and "chief cook and bottle washer" was friendly, helpful and asked several times if we needed anything. The bed was comfortable, the towels are fluffy and this place is quiet. You can't hear the neighbors or traffic. Had a great prime rib sandwich at Dad's Bar just across the street. There's a kitchenette, stove and small frig but no utensils to use in the kitchen. Coffee is ready in the office at 6 a.m. Excellent service and the next time we're in town to see family, we'll stay at the Swiss Mountain Motel
