The room smelled like a dog peed everywhere. The shower curtain smelled like urine. The bathtub was dirty. The remote control did not work. And the front desk associate was rude when checking me in.

Pros and Cons…
PROS: Cute style buildings inside & out. The exterior property was kept up well with sufficient parking, and very quiet. I like how they used the upstairs loft as a bedroom. Beds were clean & comfy. Love the full kitchen! Customer service was good, and the Free breakfast was a plus.
CONS: The carpet in the rooms was very dirty, and the toilet on the bottom floor had to be flushed several times before it would completely go down. We also had bugs! Mostly in the kitchen area. Pool was open but wouldn’t let my kids swim due to nastiness. There were lots of dark spots the size of a quarter on the walls & floors of the pool, (algae?). The free breakfast was good but, there was no hot water or a microwave to prepare my oat meal.
OVER ALL: It’s not a bad hotel for an extended-stay…Just need a little spring cleaning. Would stay again.

Not recommended. Room was dusty, carpet had several stains, holes in bathroom curtains, burned marks on kitchen floor. Just pass on this. The photos on this app are highly misleading. Its not well kept and run down.

Expect no fair refunds from EMILY the mgr.

Booked a room for the 93$ special on priceline, went at 2:00 to see if we could check in early they said nope come back right after 4, went back and waited 45 min as we watched 30-40 people in a tiny pool showing up to swim without staying at the suites, told room still wasn't ready after almost an hour of waiting, told them we wanted to cancel they said do it through priceline, priceline called them they lied and said they called us to say the room was ready, told priceline we could show proof on our tmobile phone records there was no call, told to talk to escalation dept, they said they'd get back to us within 72 hours that was 6 days ago. This place has sketchy people from the neighborhood walking around the premises and looked like all of walmart kind of ghetto people were in the pool. All we want is our refund and the office people especially the manager EMILY is extremely rude and won't cooperate

It had been 6 years since we stayed at this property and it looks tired. No cleanup of outside property. Clean up of debris from previous winds sorely needed. By check in doors evidence of spilled beverages. The whole parking lot area needs power wash. Inside unit the bed was good. Once again though, the whole unit needs a refresh. On a more positive note, we asked for a to go breakfast and gentleman in charge was very helpful and generous.
