Would Not Recommend

Stayed here while driving to South FL. I would leave a better review; however, the false advertisement of portraying it as a 4 star hotel - or even a hotel (listed as a 4 star hotel on Google) - is misleading. I made the reservation last minute, did not initially get a code to check in but after calling I was finally able to check in using the code. The good - the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. However, the negatives - there is NO ONSITE staff. You are entirely on your own. It is like a room in a B&B. Additionally the room I stayed in did have a bathtub / shower combo and it was very high to step over and the water goes everywhere when you use the shower. The hotel is downtown, and you are right on the street and it is very LOUD with cars. I would recommend elsewhere.

What an amazing place, well taken care of and clean. Nicely finished and the staff is phenomenal. The restaurant and coffee shop on site are also amazing. We will be back.

Well cared for rooms. Units on on the 3rd and 4th floor and they have an elevator. There is a coffee bar on each floor.
Coffee shop and resturant are also available in the same building on 1st floor.

Desperate in need of soundproof Windows!

We stayed at the Mc Key one night in the S&K Suite! The room is awesome, the amenities were top notch, but we couldnt sleep well! The problem is the whistle of the train! It is so loud, so close, that the only option to have a good night sleep was a sleeping pill!
I was pretty aware that the McKey was an average hotel! No employees on site! But, there should be someone there to help guests! The bathtub water didnt heat well , and there was no one there to fix it!
